Plaintiff, Mrs. Lucille Jones Poe, claims damages for personal injuries and other losses allegedly sustained by her when she fell out of the window of a residence building. The suit was originally instituted by plaintiff and her husband, but the parties were divorced while the suit was pending, and Mr. Poe has withdrawn as a party plaintiff. The sole defendant is American Insurance Company, the liability insurer of the owner or owners of the building...
