This is an action by Dr. J. Lawrence Hill, Jr., to recover the sum of $5,600.00, which he posted as a deposit pursuant to a contract to purchase certain real estate from John E. Bacon. The defendants are John E. Bacon, prospective vendor of the property and his real estate agent, Gandolfo Realty Company.
