Plaintiffs in this case appeal from a jury verdict of no cause for action for the defendant, claiming errors in the trial of this case which require our remanding for new trial.

This is a products liability case. Plaintiff Hileman was an employee of a sewer contractor named Maurice Vermeersch. As such, on the date in question he was working as a tile setter on a sewer project in Blissfield, Michigan. He was in a ditch in the process...
