On April 23, 1962, the appellant, Virginia Rush, brought suit against her husband, Paul Rush, for a divorce on the ground of personal indignities. Three days later Paul Rush purportedly sold certain corporate stock to his sister, the appellee Frances R. Smith. Paul Rush was murdered on May 13, 1962. (Paul Rush's stepson, Fred Rush, was convicted of the murder, but we reversed the judgment and remanded the case for a new trial. Rush v. State...
