In 1962 she brought this wrongful death action against the airline (Aerolineas Argentinas), the manufacturer of the plane, deHavilland Aircraft Co., Ltd. (a British corporation referred to as "Ltd."), and its subsidiary, deHavilland Aircraft, Inc. (a Delaware corporation authorized to do business in New York and referred to as "Inc.").
