This is a tort action in which plaintiffs, Charles V. Gouner and his wife, Frances Gouner, seek damages for personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Gouner and medical expense incurred in the treatment thereof as the result of an automobile accident which occurred November 10, 1962, due to the admitted negligence of defendant, Thomas L.
