This is a tort action instituted by husband and wife wherein damages are sought resulting from injuries suffered by the latter on August 17, 1962, while she was alighting from a bus belonging to the defendant. The defendant filed a plea of res judicata on the ground that plaintiffs' claims had been settled by a compromise agreement entered into on August 27, 1962.
