John E. McKinley died on January 29, 1958, and his will, together with a codicil, was admitted to probate in the County Judges' Court of Dade County, on February 7, 1958, naming Security Trust Company and Paul L.E. Helliwell as executors. Letters testamentary were issued to them and they thereupon proceeded to administer the estate.
