TAYLOR, J.

On July 2, 1946 claimant, a dye cutter, sustained an occupationally caused herniated nucleus pulposus which was thereafter surgically removed. He returned to work in September, 1947 and has since continued in employment without reduction in wages. In October, 1952 upon a report of an examination made by a board physician claimant was found to have a permanent partial disability and the case was closed...
