Upon a ten count indictment (No. 1106) returned to the Superior Court in and for Lincoln County in November, 1959, petitioner was charged with kidnapping in counts 1 through 3, associated offenses not here pertinent in counts 4 through 9, and an allegation of previous conviction and State Prison sentence in count 10.
