This action is for damages for personal injuries and loss of an automobile arising out of an automobile collision which occurred in Caribou county, March 14, 1962, between 7:30 and 8:00 P.M. Three automobiles were involved in the collision. Two were 1955 Chevrolets, one owned by plaintiff, and the other by defendant Cecil Sibbett. The third car belonged to Claud L.
