This is an appeal from a judgment homologating the third account and tableaux of distribution, submitted by Alice M. Menendez, testamentary executrix of the Succession of her mother, Mrs. Marie Louise Menendez, widow of Antonio Andres Menendez.

The opponents thereof are two of decedent's seven children, Dr. Anthony M. Menendez and Louis R. Menendez, who contest the validity of the account for two reasons:
