Plaintiff in its amended and supplemental complaint alleges that it prepared an advertising catalog for Arrow Electronics, Inc. (Arrow), not a party to this action, and that defendants reproduced certain pages of the catalog in their own advertising catalog, infringing plaintiff's copyright.
