This is an appeal in a blasting case by the defendants below from a judgment entered on a jury's verdict in favor of the plaintiffs.

The evidence which is practically undisputed tends to show that appellees owned a concrete block house located some 600 to 800 feet from where blasting was being carried on in April, 1958. The actual blasting was being done in a pit some 70 to 80 feet deep. Appellees' house was built on a rock pile, or fill...
