Kanter, executor under the will of Ben Robin, deceased, filed a bill against the legatees and devisees named under the decedent's will, asking the court to construe testator's will as to whether the bequests of certain corporate stocks are general or specific, and to decree the manner in which the assets of the estate should be distributed.
