Plaintiff alleged that he was owner and operator of a leasehold estate existing by virtue of an oil and gas lease on certain described land in Duval County dated September 24, 1945, and on that date executed and delivered by Julia Labbe Nolan and others, individually and as agent of the State of Texas, lessor, to John T. Turnham as lessee...
