On September 26, 1961, Common School District No. 28, the appellee herein, condemned certain real estate, consisting of four lots and a house in Tonganoxie, owned by Ida F. Love, the appellant. Mrs. Love appealed from the appraisers' award and, upon trial to a jury, a verdict was returned for $11,500.00.
