The plaintiff, Quincy Lumber Company, Inc., has appealed from an order striking its amended bill of particulars from the files and sustaining, in part, a demurrer to its original bill of particulars.

The pertinent facts are as follows. On November 1, 1961, plaintiff filed in the City Court of Pittsburg its original bill of particulars, which reads:
