This is an action for damages based upon the negligence of defendant landlords in failing to warn the injured tenant plaintiff, Eleanor Helm Brandt, of a latent dangerous condition or for their failure to make repairs properly on a cesspool. Defendants Harold C. Yeager and Betty Yeager, his wife, moved for summary judgment.
