This is an appeal in a proceeding which involves the eligibility of Ethel R. Chadwick (appellee) for unemployment compensation under the provisions of the Kansas Employment Security Law (G.S. 1949, 44-701, et seq., as amended) for the period of March 13, 1962, to May 3, 1962.

The question on appeal is whether the findings of the Employment Security Board of Review are supported by evidence...
