Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in violation of section 321.281, Code, 1962, I.C.A. After long delay at defendant's request he pleaded guilty and was fined $300 and costs and his driving privileges were suspended for 60 days.
