PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Marshall County ordering appellant to deliver to appellee the possession of certain described premises. Appellee had initiated legal proceedings in the county court of Marshall County to recover the premises. From an adverse judgment in that court, appellee (here) appealed to the circuit court of Marshall County, where the case was tried de novo without the intervention of a jury.
