This is an appeal from a judgment of the Marion Superior Court, Room 2, Marion County, Indiana, in which it sustained a motion of appellee, The Board of Trustees of the Indiana State Teachers' Retirement Fund, hereinafter referred to as the Board, to dismiss appellant's amended complaint in an action for mandate.
