This is an action to annul the last will and testament of William Anderson, deceased. The suit was instituted by all of the surviving brothers and sisters of the decedent, and by the only child of a predeceased sister. The defendants are Nettie Augustus, who was named in the will as the universal legatee of the testator, and the six children of said universal legatee.
