Massee and his wife, Jenness Massee, own a parcel of land in Polk County described as the SE¼ of the SE¼ of Section 36, which is immediately south of the property of appellees, Bruno Schiller and his wife Berta, who own most of the NE¼ of the SE¼ of Section...
