PETERSON, Justice.
This is an action in which plaintiff is suing defendant for contribution in connection with $21,500 paid out by plaintiff in settlement of three cases growing out of the same accident, which happened on May 23, 1961. Trial court found in favor of defendant and dismissed plaintiff's petition. Plaintiff appealed.
The only question in the case is whether or not the wording of the policies of the two companies is such that defendant was liable...
