This is a damage suit arising out of a collision which occurred in Cameron Parish between an automobile being operated by Mrs. Ivy Mae Scalisi and an automobile being driven by J. P. Constance. Wilbur Joseph Cormier and Mrs. Lee Ann Fontenot were guest passengers in the Scalisi car at the time of the accident.
