This is a negligence action wherein plaintiff, Mattie Lane, seeks to recover damages for personal injuries, alleged to have been sustained when an automobile driven by defendant, Azonia Smith, ran into the rear of a taxicab owned and operated by defendant, Supreme Cab Company, in which she was a passenger.
