BOSLAUGH, Justice.

This is an action upon a fire insurance policy issued by the Farmers Union Industries Mutual Insurance Company, the defendant, to the Keene Cooperative Grain & Supply Company, the plaintiff. In the trial court the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff. The defendant's motion for new trial was overruled and it has appealed.
