This action arises from injuries sustained by the plaintiff as a result of a two car collision which occurred on March 4, 1961 at the intersection of North Willard and Loomis Streets, in the City of Burlington, Vermont. Trial by jury resulted in a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff. The defendant appeals and assigns error in the court's instructions to the jury, and to the court's failure to grant the defendant's motion to set aside the verdict...
