Kelley at about eleven fifteen in the morning of September 15, 1962, when the Ford automobile driven by plaintiff came into collision with the Dodge automobile driven by defendant James W. Prince on the western approach of the old St. Charles Bridge across the Missouri River between St. Louis and St. Charles Counties.
