This is an appeal by W.E. Lee, Jr., (plaintiff below) from a judgment in favor of Juanita Kirk Myles, County Treasurer of Okmulgee County (defendant below) dismissing plaintiff's petition and denying plaintiff's prayer for a writ of mandamus requiring defendant to issue a tax deed.
