Frank J. Bakewell, plaintiff-appellant, filed suit against Lucien Fernandez and his automobile liability insurer, Marquette Casualty Company, for damages as a result of personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident which occurred on the afternoon of April 16, 1963, at the intersection
