From March 9, 1957, through September 30, 1961, plaintiff Webster, a physician and surgeon practicing in Kennewick, employed defendant wife, Marian H. Rodrick, as his office nurse, receptionist, and bookkeeper. During this period she misappropriated funds belonging to plaintiff.
