Leona Keeling, the petitioner herein, on July 17, 1961, as claimant in the State Industrial Court, filed therein her first notice of injury and claim for compensation. Thereafter, pursuant to regular proceedings, the Industrial Court denied claimant's claim for compensation; finding that claimant did not sustain an accidental personal injury or accidental personal injuries, as alleged in her claim, which would entitle her to compensation benefits...
