From a judgment of the District Court rejecting the demands of Plaintiff and dismissing its suit at its costs, Plaintiff appeals. The evidence reflects Plaintiff through its broker, Schulman-Shepard Company of New Orleans, sold to Defendant 200 cases of shrimp of November 20...
