This is an appeal from a decree of strict foreclosure entered for the plaintiff-vendor, L.D. Leighton, against the defendants-purchasers of certain real property in Lincoln County.

A conditional sales contract was entered into on February 1, 1959, between Leighton and the purchasers. The purchase price was $4,000, with a $500 down payment and the balance to be paid at the rate of not less than $25 each month. Time was made of...
