PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff in the trial court, Joe Love, brought this action to recover a $1300.00 judgment on an oral contract for real estate rentals of the Chief Theatre in Seminole, Oklahoma. It was alleged, and the proof shows, that the personal property and equipment of the Chief Theatre was owned and operated by the defendants Ethyl Carter, Layton Carter, and Georgia Carter, as partners.
