This is a bill in equity for the construction of a trust created by the tenth clause of the will of Jennie W. Wilbur and for instructions to the trustee relative thereto. It was heard on bill, answer and proof before a superior court justice, who certified it to this court for determination in accordance with the provisions of G.L. 1956, § 9-24-28.
