GLADNEY, Judge.

This action in tort arises out of an automobile collision which occurred near Winnfield, Louisiana. Judgment was rendered awarding damages to plaintiffs, the Court rejecting the defenses predicated on the absence of fault and alternative pleas of contributory negligence. Defendants have appealed and plaintiffs have answered the appeal asking for an increase in damages.
