ELLIS, Judge.

This is a suit by plaintiff to evict the defendant from the property described as Lot No. 13 of Sq. No. 45 in South Baton Rouge and which is located on East Johnson Street. In this suit, plaintiff alleges her ownership of this property by virtue of notarial act of sale from her sister, Mattie Murray, of the latter's undivided one-half interest, passed before H. Alva Brumfield, Notary, on the 8th day of February, 1946
