This is an appeal from a judgment entered in response to a jury verdict awarding appellee the benefits prescribed by the Workmen's Compensation Act for total and permanent disability.

Before the trial began appellant presented to the trial court a motion in limine requesting the trial court to exclude from the jury the fact that total and permanent disability was compensable by 401 weeks of compensation and that appellee's compensation rate...
