This is a head-on automobile collision case in which the drivers of the two vehicles involved were killed. There were no other passengers in the vehicles and no witnesses to the collision. The widow of the driver of one auto sued the administrator of the estate of the driver of the other for $25,000 under the wrongful death statute (Section 537.080, RSMo 1959, V.A.
