Bill and cross bill to quiet title to a parcel of real estate situated in the city of Petoskey. The parcel once was known as the Arlington Hotel property. The hotel was destroyed by fire in 1912. Manifestly of little value after the fire, the parcel is now worth a considerable sum, estimated at about $90,000.
