PER CURIAM.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the Grant Circuit Court in an action by appellants to quiet title to real estate against appellees' tax title deed.
The appeal was taken to the Supreme Court of Indiana for the reason given that § 4, ch. 224, pp. 714, 719, of the Acts of 1941 was unconstitutional.
The appellant however on November 27, 1963, has filed in this Court waiver of the sole constitutional question...
