Hibler, doing an insurance business under the name of McCall and Hibler Company, for their alleged failure to properly write, endorse and change a fire insurance policy issued by Hartford Fire Insurance to appellant, and "in general their failure to so handle (appellants) insurance business as regards the insurance policy...
