This is an application for leave to appeal from a denial of post conviction relief by Judge Raine. We denied leave to appeal from an earlier denial in 234 Md. 638. We might deny this application on the ground asserted by Judge Raine that the petitioner has raised no point that could not reasonably have been raised in the first petition, Maryland Rule BK 48. We may note, however, that his claim that the stenographer's notes...
