This is an action instituted by Raymond J. Dauzat against Simmesport State Bank and Ernest R. Gremillion to recover judgment for the sum of $3,000.00. After trial on the merits, judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiff and against one of the defendants, Gremillion, for the amount claimed, but in favor of the remaining defendant, Simmesport State Bank, rejecting all of plaintiff's demands as against that defendant.
