This suit in equity was brought to reform the terms of a lease, for rent owing by reason of said reformation, and for damages resulting from the respondent's breach of the covenant to keep the interior of the premises in good order and repair. It was heard on bill, answer and proof by a superior court justice, and thereafter a decree was entered denying and dismissing the bill but ordering payment of rent and adjusted taxes.
