This is an action for damages instituted by Jasper N. Miller and his wife, Marguerite W. Miller, against J. W. Lewis, Jr.; his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Jackson Lewis; the House of Fashion, alleged to be a partnership composed of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis; and the liability insurer of Mr. Lewis, New Amsterdam Casualty Company. Plaintiffs allege that Mrs. Miller slipped and fell on snow and ice which had accumulated on a private walkway leading from the public sidewalk...
